Rule 219
Protection of records
(1) The secretary shall ensure that the records of the decisions and proceedings of the assembly and its committees are kept safe. (2) The records kept under sub-rule (1) shall not be allowed by the secretary to be taken out of the assembly building without the order of the chairman. The Secretariat will make such records available upon request.
